Questions about the cards
Do I need a Bentap account to order?
No. We link every card to a tag on your account before shipping, so an account helps — but you can create it after ordering; sign-in takes a minute.
Can I change what a card opens after it's printed?
Yes. Every card carries a permanent tag link; you re-point it in Share & NFC at any time — profile, Google review or vCard. Lost card? Deactivate it and the link dies instantly.
Which phones can read the cards?
Every iPhone since the XR (2018) reads NFC without an app; most Android phones since 2016 do too. Every card also has a QR code fallback printed on the back.
What do the cards cost?
It depends on quantity, print and finish, so we quote every order by hand. Small batches ship from stock; branded batches take about ten working days.
Can I use my own cards?
Absolutely. Any NTAG213/215/216 card or sticker works — write your tag link with an Android phone from the browser or the free NFC Tools app on iPhone.
