Where do I find my Google review link?
In Google Business Profile → 'Ask for reviews' you get a short link (g.page/r/…). Paste it in Business → Google review. Alternatively paste your Place ID and we build the link.
Do guests need an app?
No. NFC tap or QR scan opens a normal web page; the review button goes straight to Google.
Can I see which table or card generated a review start?
Yes. Create one tag per card or table, label it, and stats show taps per tag.
Is asking for reviews allowed?
Asking is fine; incentivising or filtering is not. Bentap sends every guest to the same public review page.
